Natoma Loop Trail is a 1.7 mile lightly trafficked loop trail located in Woodland Hills. But anything less than a couple miles is not worth getting up for so we’ll extend the loop a bit for a distance of 3.5-4 miles with easy to moderate elevation gain.
No white lights allowed on hike. Green and/or red lights are ok. If you don’t have one, that’s ok too — the full moon will provide enough light. Get one of these and stuff it into your backpack for future night hikes.
It will be a very warm evening but at least the sun won’t be beating down on us while we watch it set. Bring something cold to drink at the top 🍺🍹
