Since we are living in the age of Covid, I am limiting this event to a max of 10 people due to social distancing.
THESE ARE THE RULES:
1. ONLY people I have been hiking with will be moved to the going list.
2. You must follow all safety guidelines regarding Covid. This means 6-ft social distancing, and wearing a mask.
3. We hike as a group and will not leave anyone behind.
Let’s contnue to bag some peaks in the San Gabriel Mountains. The distance to all three summits is short and steep but offer some pretty sweet views at the top.

Level- strong intermediate/NO BEGINNERS
Distance- 6 miles
Gain- 2000′ (approximate)
Terrain- rocky fire road, single track trails
Restrooms- none at the trailhead. Restrooms available at RedBox.
Dogs- NOT ALLOWED ON THIS HIKE
Parking- dirt road at the trailhead
***A National Forest Pass is required.
WHAT TO BRING: A POSITIVE ATTITUDE.
snacks/energy bars/elecrolytes, at least 2 liters of water, Lug soles with good tread, poles if you like/have them. Hand sanitizer & mask.

CDH POLICY: Any member with two NO SHOWS on CDH events since will lose their membership with CDH. Members will not be allowed on this and future events until they have updated their CDH profile by answering the new questions as well as having a recognizable face photo of themselves. This update cannot be done via an app, an iPhone or any other type of a hand-held phone. It must be done on a computer.
COVID POLICY: We all wear a mask and practice CDC social distancing during this event. FAILURE TO DO SO COULD RESULT IN YOU BEING EXCLUDED FROM MY EVENTS IN THE FUTURE.
