This is the event to get the ball rolling.

From 7 to 8 AM I will be at the trailhead . . . WITH COFFEE. Bring your camp chair and let’s socialize. Or just get there at 8 . . . and we LEAVE THE TRAILHEAD SHARP AT 8AM.
WE ARE LEAVING SHARP AT 8AM . . . this is why I am giving you a 1 hr window to be there on time.
Getting to the trailhead is a drive. But the hike is a good one and worth it.

It’s about 8 miles and 900ft elevation change. Or it’s 11 miles and about 1900 ft elevation. This depends upon what website you take stats from.
About 4 hrs for to do First Falls.
We will give it much more time than that when you add in lunch and swimming.

This is a free hiking event that take a little more work to make happen than a quickie local thing. This is not local in-town. As such you will drive to and meet there. OR you will use the carpool info sent a week before to work on setting up a carpool.
You are also able to camp more local to the area and make a weekend of it.
