Let’s conquer Sitton Peak again! This peak is located in the Santa Ana Mountains in the Cleveland National Forest. The total mileage for this hike should be 9.5-10 miles with approximately 2,000′ of elevation gain. This will be an out and back.
This hike starts on the Bear Canyon Loop Trail, which takes us to the Verdugo Truck Trail, to the Sitton Peak Truck Trail. The last bit is a narrow and steep climb to the top. At the top you get great views of Mt. San Jacinto, San Gorgonio, and Santiago Peak.

For parking, this hike requires an Adventure Pass. You can purchase a day pass for $5 or an annual pass for $30.
