Hello Fellow Hikers,
Okay Found a trail with shade and water! This is a pretty hike that will take you through several wet creek crossings and over a few bridges. This trail has plenty of shaded areas throughout the hike, This is more of a easy moderate trail as only one section has a climb ( and that’s the last mile back up to the car ) This trail is mostly a pleasant low incline hike that ends at a waterfall. Great hike for beginners ( that can handle the last mile ) to advance that want to get in your steps, miles and that last mile will get you your floors. And be done before the heat hits. Yes there is shade and water but we are hiking in the Mountains so it will still get warm. You can follow the AllTrails direction to the trail or Meetup off the 118 Fwy and Kuehner ave to follow each other or carpool (but carpool will require mask in the car sorry) Meeting spot at 7:45 am Best Doughnuts address 2325 Kuehner Dr # 127, Simi Valley, CA 93063 or Meet at trailhead at 8:30 it’s a 30 minute drive from Simi. I have attached the AllTrails link for directions, stats and photos .We will be following the AllTrails map from start to finish……. https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/california/gould-mesa-road-angeles-crest-hwy-to-paul-little-picnic-site?u=i
