CicLavia is a quarterly event in Los Angeles where the streets get shut down and people can bike, skate, run, walk, skateboard, and spectate. It’s always fun. We’ll be biking. These are streets that you wouldn’t normally bike on due to traffic congestion and danger. This is a very casual trip as we’ll most likely be stopping for coffee and/or food along the way or anything interesting that we see and so those stops will determine when we get back. It’s a lazy Sunday afternoon on bikes.

Make sure you bring along a spare inner tube.
It’s always good to bring a bike lock.
MEETUP LOCATION:
The North-West end of MacArthur Park at the intersection of West 7th Street and S. Park View street or as close to this as you can get.

It’s important that you get there on time as we will be leaving that location promptly at 9 am.
MEETUP PARKING:
There is street parking in the area. My general preference is to park at
611 S Carondelet St. Los Angeles

From there you just head south on Carondelet St past Wilshire and then turn left on 7th Street. It’s a 0.3 mile ride.
