These are photos from the Tuesday Moderate 8/5 outing, a moderate 8 mile 1850' gain hike along the Backbone Trail from Latigo Canyon Road to the end of Corral Canyon Road and back. Meet 9:00 am at the trailhead. Lots of creek crossings, trees, shade, birds, peace and quiet along this beautiful single-track route.
Trail statistics are approximate. For safety purposes always assume they are underestimated. But don’t be disappointed if they are overestimated.
