Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liabilities
Attendee acknowledges that the area over which this permit is granted is a wild lands area, containing, without limitation, wild bison, rattlesnakes, and other wildlife, rough terrain, trails and roads, and other conditions which are intrinsic to the environment and locale, all of which may be dangerous and /or hazardous to life, limb, and property.
Bison are wild animals.
Bison are large wild animals that can cause serious injury and even death. They can accelerate quickly to 35 mph and jump over 6 feet. Never approach, touch, or attempt to feed bison. If you feel threatened, identify an escape route. Place a large object between you and the bison (tree, rock, vehicle), and give the bison a path to avoid you. Never box in a bison with people being both in front and behind it.
Attendee voluntarily accepts and assumes all such risks of personal injury, wrongful death, or property damage.
Attendee understands that this is a release of attendee’s right to sue.
