Shed those holiday calories by joining us for a refreshing hike in the sunshine! The loop trail starts at the Culver City stairs on Jefferson Blvd., where we’ll climb 282 steps—twice! Afterward, we’ll head across the La Cienega bridge into Kenneth Hahn Park and up to Autumn’s Peak. Along the way, enjoy a panoramic, 360-degree view of downtown LA, Hollywood, and the ocean. While the Dodger World Series win was a team effort, we’ll discuss just how important Shoei Ohtani was to this victory. The total distance is 5.2 miles with a cumulative elevation gain/loss of 1,264 feet. Street parking is available on Jefferson Blvd. or Holdrege Ave.
Bring: 2 liters of water, hiking shoes or boots, layers, snacks, sunblock, sunglasses, and a hat. Location Description: Meet at the Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook Trailhead at the corner of Jefferson Blvd. and Hetzler Rd. at 7:30 am.
