Let’s explore the winding streets of Silver Lake as we discover a bit of Hollywood History by climbing the Music Box Steps, made famous by the classic comedy film duo, Laurel and Hardy! While this comedy duo was pre L.A. Dodgers, in their heyday they would have made our Boys in Blue proud with their silly shenanigans dodging Model T cars and street trains in their futile quest for small business success. Meet at the Bellevue Recreation Center (826 Lucile Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90026). Street parking is limited so please arrive early. Good walking shoes, headlamps/flashlights, and a liter of water are encouraged. Heavy rain cancels.
