About this event
The Angeles National Forest, National Forest Foundation, and St. Francis Dam National Memorial Foundation invite you to volunteer in the Angeles National Forest to celebrate National Public Lands Day on Saturday, September 23, from 9am-12pm followed by a provided lunch from 12pm-1pm. Volunteers will join the St. Francis Dam National Memorial Foundation to clean up the St. Francis Dam National Memorial and National Monument. Reservations are required, as space is limited!
Important event information:
- Volunteers will meet at the St. Francis Dam National Memorial and National Monument. 
- Coffee, snacks, and lunch will be provided. 
- Please be prepared to work outside in the shade and sun. Bring a water bottle, a hat, sunscreen, clothes for varying weather conditions, close-toed shoes, and a desire to give back to your public lands. 
- Parking is available but participants are encouraged to carpool. 
- Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
