NOTE:

This is an alternative hike for Thursday, same area, same time, but different meeting place and a different direction. We will meet at the end of Moorpark (the other group is meeting on Las Padres) and head East on the the trail, turning around at the 2 1/2 mile marker.
We will go EAST and do an in/out of 5 miles with about 800′ of total elevation gain.
“Robles” is Spanish for oaks, and we’ll see plenty of them on this beautiful, relaxing hike. We will also see many wild flowers.
Trailhead Directions: From the 101 in Thousand Oaks, turn south on Moorpark Road. Drive about 0.5 miles to the parking lot at the corner of Greenmeadow and Moorpark Road.
