Hiking With Mark E: Caballero Canyon to Farmers Ridge

Join us for an out and back hike through the old stomping grounds of Edgar Rice Burroughs in Caballero Canyon. This is a great hike for folks who want some good exercise and at the same time enjoy the local beauty offered in the Santa Monica Mountains.

Bring water, snacks, hat

Directions to the Trailhead:

Meet at the Caballero Canyon trailhead on Reseda Bl. From the 101 Freeway, exit at Reseda Blvd and turn south. Drive for about 2.2 miles. There is parking on both sides of the street; the trailhead is on the east side of Reseda Blvd. across the street from Braemar Country club. The trailhead is clearly marked with a big sign. Parking on street is OK.

Parking is free.

Do not go to the very top of Reseda Blvd
