To honor Bob’s life and his love for hiking, we are dedicating this hike to him. We hope you can join us.
Turtle Rock and French Hill hike. There are several hills with sweeping views of the coastline. The hike starts with a cardio warm up on a sustained hill, then goes on to a series of rolling hills and some neighborhood connections. 4.2 miles, 900 feet of overall elevation gain. Although not considered easy, it is certainly a great doable training hike and a wonderful opportunity to meet other hikers.
Bring a flashlight or a headlamp (days are getting shorter) Also, bring water, a snack, sun protection while the sun is out, and an extra layer of clothing in case it cools down.
