BIKE RIDE TO “OJAI” For some things in life, once a year just isn’t enough. We’re going back to Ojai for more biking fun. We’ll be taking the “Ojai Valley Trail” to get there. It truly is one of the most beautiful bike paths you’ll ever see. After about 16.5 miles, we’ll have lunch at one of the restaurants in Ojai. When its time to return to the starting point, it’s almost all downhill.
This description is for the 31 mile trip. There may be a 19 mile version of the trip which can be found here:
This group will be leaving at 10:00 am from Ventura. If you find yourself arriving late for whatever reason, please call me.
Make sure you bring along a spare inner tube.
BIKE RENTALS: The Ventura Bike Depot, Inc. at our meetup location have bikes you can rent if you don’t have one and would like to join in on our Monday bike ride. Just make sure you arrive early so as to complete the rental process before 10:00am. They open at 9:00am.
