🆓Intro to Pickle Ball. Free Pickleball Lesson from Mark E!

Get your Pickleball game on!

Come learn the game everyone is either already playing or wanting to learn to play. Pickleball is not just a game, it’s a community. HWD’s very own Mark E will be teaching an introductory class on the rules and various shots of the game. Little or no experience is ok. Paddles and balls will be provided.

🎟️The lesson is free, but the venue does charge a small fee for reserving the courts (I’ve reserved 4 courts).

  • Court Fee = $10.00 per person (includes paddles and balls)

🙆‍♂️Pay me (Mark E) courtside – exact change appreciated

👟What to Wear and Bring:

  • Tennis shoes are usually best for the lateral movements. Running or hiking shoes are not advisable as they are only designed for front to back movement.
  • Wear comfortable athletic clothing, bring water, and possibly a hat and sunscreen.

(Note: After the lesson open play is available from 9am-11am. Please inquire with owner for more information. This is not part of the lesson)

Pickleball combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong and has absolutely taken the country by storm, drawing players of all ages and skill levels.

Trail statistics are approximate. For safety purposes always assume they are underestimated. But don’t be disappointed if they are overestimated. Bring more water and snacks than you think you’ll need.

Trail descriptions are based on previous hikes. Current conditions are unknown until arrival. Expect the unexpected and plan accordingly.
