We are starting this Wildwood hike from Wildwood Avenue NOT Wildwood Park. \nOne of many ways to experience versatile Wildwood Park\, we’ll start on the ridge\, and travel down to the Santa Rosa Valley on the Shooting Star connector trail. Once at the bottom\, we’ll hike to the end of the trail and take a break while viewing the castle gates and giant model train system. Follow the street around for 0.9 miles. Park at the side of the road near the trailhead. \nFrom the 118\, head west to the 23 and exit at Olsen Rd. Turn right onto Olsen. After 3.2 miles\, turn right onto Wildwood Rd and drive for .9 mile. The trailhead is on the right. \n*Note that this is a different location from the main Wildwood parking area!
