SUMMARY:Kern Gateway Trail site visit and exploration (Across from Upper Richbar)
DESCRIPTION:Kern Gateway Trail Proposal\nThe Kern Gateway Trail team is a group of community members who love the Kern River Canyon and are working to create a connected trail in the Kern River Canyon. \nJoin us to hear about and explore a spectacular section of the proposed Kern Gateway Trail. This is a great opportunity to experience what the Kern Gateway Trail can offer our community. \nThere is a short but steep climb at the beginning of the trail. Bring hiking poles\, trail shoes with good tread\, water\, food\, sunscreen\, and the ten essentials if you plan on hiking with us after the presentation. The proposed trail is to the right of Stark Creek. \nPark at Stark Creek.
