DESCRIPTION:ROUTE: This will be our route.\nOnce again we will be heading into the Hope Ranch area of Santa Barbara. Starting out at The Arroyo Burro Beach County Park\, we’ll make our way over to Hope Ranch and follow a planned route through the beautiful landscaped neighborhoods. From there\, its on to the More Mesa where we’ll be riding on some easy dirt trails. We’ll then head over to Elings Park followed by more dirt as we ride through The Douglas Preserve.\nAfter the ride\, we’ll have a picnic lunch in The Arroyo Burro Beach County Park. \nMake sure you have green slime or FlatOut in your inner tubes to avoid flats. \nMEETUP LOCATION AND TIME: Meet at 9:00am at The Arroyo Burro Beach County Park \nPARKING: There is no fee to park in the Arroyo Burro Beach parking lot\, but please park where the pin on the map shows our meetup location. \nRESTROOMS: At the beginning/end \nDISTANCE: 26 miles \nELEVATION GAIN: 2200′ \nDURATION: 3+ hours \nBIKE TRAIL DESCRIPTION: Mostly paved roads\, however\, there will be some easy dirt riding in the More Mesa and The Douglas Preserve. \nTHE PACE: 6 MPH on up. \nLEVEL: Intermediate \nDEBRIEFING: After the ride we’ll have our picnic lunch in the Arroyo Burro Beach County Park. \nMY CELL # IS 805-358-5972

DESCRIPTION:ROUTE This will be the planned route.\nThis ride will be on paved roads through citrus groves and hills as we take on a big loop in the Camarillo/Moorpark area. Near the end of the ride\, if possible\, we’ll be stopping for lunch at the Somis Cafe and Market. They are well known for their breakfast burritos. We passed by this place on a previous ride in that area and I said that I would set up another ride that has us stopping there for lunch. \nMake sure you bring along a spare inner tube or slime. \nMEETUP LOCATION AND TIME: The Mission Oaks Community Park in Camarillo at 8:00am. \nRESTROOMS: At the beginning\, end and during the ride. \nDISTANCE: 32 miles round trip \nELEVATION GAIN: 2800′ \nDURATION: 4+ hours \nBIKE TRAIL DESCRIPTION: Paved roads \nTHE PACE: 8 MPH on up. \nLEVEL: Intermediate \nLUNCH: Near the end of the ride\, we will be stopping at the Somis Cafe and Market for lunch if our group is small snough\, since there isn’t much seating there. \nMY CELL # IS: 805-358-5972
