SUMMARY:PCT section A - from Montezuma Rd to Warner Springs day hike
DESCRIPTION:S22 (Montezuma Valley Rd) to Warner springs (8 miles) with car staging on March 1.\nThis is a short and easy PCT stretch to enjoy the start of the super bloom. We would start at Barrel Spring and then hike north to Warner Springs. Parking available at Barrel springs and “Pacific Crest Trail Parking Access for Warner Springs – Agua Caliente Creek”. Ghost offered help as well picking up hikers at Warner Springs and shuttle us back to our cars at Barrel spring if needed. You can camp overnight at Barrel Spring if you wanted to\, I’m not planning to overnight camp.\nMeeting at 8:30 to stage cars and will start hiking by 9 am.\nThis is a day hike\, we adhere to LNT. please be prepared\, self-sufficient and carry enough water\, snacks and maps/GPS as this is not a guided hike.
