SUMMARY:Iron Horse Bridge - Santa Clara River Loop
DESCRIPTION:A Sunday morning bike ride (most on bike paths) that is 26 miles long with 600 feet total ascent. Highlights along the way: \n\nThe star of this tour is a 1898 railroad trestle bridge. The bridge was placed in its current location after the St. Francis Dam disaster in 1928. The railroad bridge that originally spanned the Santa Clara River was destroyed during the disaster. Among the many services that were disrupted after the flood was the Southern Pacific Railroad line\, so railroad officials decided to come up with a quick solution that remains in place to this day — relocating a bridge from the Colorado River and moving it to what is now Santa Clarita.\nA herd of American Bison\nSanta Clara River\nSan Francisquito Creek\n\nOptional: After the ride we’ll explore Hart Park \nDirections\nEnter Hart Park via the main entrance and park into the first lot by W S Har Hall building

SUMMARY:The Joel McCrea Ranch Loop
DESCRIPTION:Another grand tour of some of our favorite open spaces and surrounding neighborhoods including Santa Rosa Valley\, Wildwood Park\, Hill Canyon and the star of the this ride\, The Joel McCrea Ranch. \nThe ranch was the beloved home of legendary film actor Joel McCrea and his wife\, actress Frances Dee. On the advice of close friend Will Rogers they established and maintained a working ranch\, raising cattle and farming the land — something to fall back on in case things did not work out in Hollywood. \nThe main house and other structures are significant works of architect John Byers and are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The McCrea family donated a significant portion of the ranch to Conejo Recreation and Park District to preserve its history and allow public access. \n🚵‍♂️The ride will be about 30 miles with about 3.5 miles on wide and hard-packed dirt trails. There will be a couple of bridged creek crossings. Total ascent is appx 1300′ \nDIRECTIONS\nWe’ll meet in Lot A of Arroyo Vista Community Park. Enter the park through Gate 3

SUMMARY:🔋eBike Battery for Sale - Like New - Swap or Buy
DESCRIPTION:I purchased a non-returnable 52v/25Ah (1300 Wh) battery but it does not fit my bike – by about 1/4 inch. I paid over $398 with tax. I am willing to swap or sell. I figure $350 is fair — obo. \nYou can pick up or I can deliver locally. Battery includes mounting rail\, charger\, etc. See pics in Photo album. You will receive it in original box \nMy current config is a Bafang BBS02 motor with a 48v/17.5Ah battery. The plan was to use my 48v battery as a 2nd battery. My BBS02 motor is compatible with a 52v battery\, The BBSH2 ought to be also. I can’t say for other motors. Please check with your supplier. \nFeel free to text me at 818.297.7993 \nThanks for reading\,\nDean\nYour Organizer
