VENTURA’S EMMA WOOD STATE BEACH
This week we will continue where we left off on our last beach walk by heading north into Ventura’s Seaside Wilderness Park. We’ll walk mostly in sand this time with far less pavement. There will be some single track trails as we walk along Emma Wood State Beach. Bring a change of socks and shoes in case the tide is up a bit.
This event is geared for beginners that can handle 4+ miles with an overall elevation gain of 100′. This is an opportunity to experience the beauty that the Ventura coastline offers.
Following the hike (11:30 a.m.), as an option, we can go out to lunch at Rice by Mama (419 E Main St, Ventura).
CAR SHUTTLE: This event will require a car shuttle.
