Join me on an exciting three day adventure to The Russian River area where we’ll hike along a beautiful coastline, hike among giant redwoods, float down the Russian River and hike in the hills above Napa Valley. Sign up for the days you can attend.
ACCOMMODATIONS IN AND AROUND THE AREA: Everyone will make their own lodging or camping arrangements. The best place to stay, as far as being closest to the events that are set up, would be in Guerneville.
DAY 3 AGENDA Friday Sept. 13th has us hiking in Bothe-Napa Valley State Park before the drive back home.
MEETUP LOCATION AND TIME: We’ll all meet at 8:00 am at the Visitor Center Bothe Napa.

Bothe-Napa Valley State Park, located in the beautiful Napa Valley wine country, which has been operated by the Napa County Regional Park and Open Space District since 2012, offers year-round camping, picnicking, hiking and seasonal swimming. Daytime visitors can bring a picnic basket and bottle of wine to enjoy in the leafy shade of our day use area. On hot summer days, bring a swimsuit and enjoy a dip in the park’s spring fed swimming pool. Over 10 miles of hiking trails among redwoods, maples, oaks and madrones are available in this 1,900-acre park.

Trail statistics are approximate. For safety purposes always assume they are underestimated. But don’t be disappointed if they are overestimated. Bring more water and snacks than you think you’ll need.
