Switzer Falls, walk on trail or in the water to the top of the falls, and more

Elevation drop is 500 feet.
we will do a lot of walking in water to stay cool. Bring hiking poles and shoes you can get wet.
We will hike down the creek to the top of Switzer Falls to the pool. then Take a dip or lounge around. Then walk down the creek to Bear Canyon, walking in the water or sticking to the trail. Then we go back the way we came!

Bring one bottle of water per hour, so that’s 4 Bottles! Please BRING SNACKS, AND Nestles’ tollhouse chocolate chip cookies for the hike leader
$5 PARKING PASS IS REQUIRED IF YOU PARK IN THE LOTS. NOT IF YOU PARK ON ANGELES CREST HIGHWAY
DRIVE TAKES 1/2 HOUR FROM THE 210 FREEWAY, OR 1 HOUR FROM WEST LA (if you’re lucky!)
