SCHEDULED WEEKLY TUESDAY MORNING HIKES winter SCHEDULE

September 8, 2020 @ 9:00 am - 11:15 am

TO BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND THIS EVENT YOU MUST HAVE UPDATED YOUR CDH PROFILE. ALSO, HAVING TWO “NO SHOWS” SINCE 1/1/17 WILL HAVE YOUR CDH MEMBERSHIP REVOKED.

Note the earlier start time. Many of you expressed concern about the weather during the summer. Please note we will still meet at the Park but we may drive a short distances where there are trees, breeze and shade.

If you have any suggestions where to hike near by, please feel free to say so.

MEETUP TIME: We are continuing the Tuesday hike series–each Tuesday morning, at 9:00 am, we’ll meet at Juan Bautista de Anza Park or a nearby hike.

DISTANCE: These hikes are generally 4-5 miles at an easy to moderate pace, between two and three hours. We’ve managed to find some nice shade along the trails, too!

Trail statistics are approximate.  For safety purposes always assume they are underestimated. But don’t be disappointed if they are overestimated. Bring more water and snacks than you think you’ll need.

Trail descriptions are based on previous hikes. Current conditions are unknown until arrival. Expect the unexpected and plan accordingly.
