This event will be for beginners on up. I’m planning on hiking the trails between Oakbrook Regional Park and Wood Ranch at the Long Canyon trailhead via a car shuttle. We’ll go by a Chumash Indian Museum where you’ll see how the Chumash lived in the area before we head into the hills south of Wood Ranch. But the best part of this outing is at the end, when I introduce those interested to The El Pollo Corona Grill in Simi Valley. Everyone I’ve introduced this place to has loved it. It goes beyond how El Pollo Loco attempts to marinate their chicken and their Tri Tip is to die for. So, make plans to join my wife and I there immediately after retrieving the shuttle cars
