Holiday Hike completion festivities at Eureka!!!!

December 19, 2019 @ 9:00 pm - 11:00 pm

After our annual Holiday hike, we traditionally go to a restaurant to continue the festivities. This year, we’re going to the Eureka restaurant in Topanga Village. They have a great patio (with heaters!!), lots of great food and drink and “Hoppy Hours” which go from 9 pm till closing. (It really is Hoppy and not Happy) Their “Hoppy Hours” provides some great discounts on both food and drinks.

It’s listed as a separate meetup to make it easier to track who will be there.

So, if you’d like to continue a great evening after the Holiday hike ends, please sign up for this one. If you can’t make the Holiday hike but would like to just join the festivities, that’s OK too. Eureka is part of Topanga Village, home to both Costco and REI. It’s at 6250 Topanga Canyon Blvd, Woodland Hills and is a 10 minute drive from the start of the Holiday hike.

There is a large parking structure that gives you 1 hour of free parking and there is also free parking at the Promenade mall just south of it on Topanga Cyn Blvd. Here’s a link to their Yelp page:

Trail statistics are approximate.  For safety purposes always assume they are underestimated. But don’t be disappointed if they are overestimated. Bring more water and snacks than you think you’ll need.

Trail descriptions are based on previous hikes. Current conditions are unknown until arrival. Expect the unexpected and plan accordingly.
