Caballero Canyon Trail to Farmers Ridge in Tarzana — 5 miles — 1,000 ft gain

Conditioning hike to Farmers Ridge from Caballero Trail area, specific trail will be decided on the spot


Distance: 5 to 5.5 miles out and back, depending on the specific trail we take

Gain: ~1,000 ft

Pace: This is a conditioning hike, therefore we will be going at a fairly brisk pace (at least 2.5 MPH on the way up)

Duration; About 1.5 hours

Location: Across the street from Braemar Country Club
4001 Reseda Blvd, Tarzana

Trail statistics are approximate.  For safety purposes always assume they are underestimated. But don’t be disappointed if they are overestimated. Bring more water and snacks than you think you’ll need.
